Breakfast for Dinner

In my opinion, one of the greatest treats ever is having breakfast for dinner.  It's yummy, warm and comforting, and you feel like you're being a little bit naughty.  My breakfast for dinner this week consisted of eggs scrambled with dill and feta, toast with peant butter, bacon, and a grapefruit...yummy in my tummy! 

A friend of mine introduced me to scrambling my eggs with dill a couple of years ago and since then I've tried a bundle of combinations.  My favourites are, in no particular order: the original - dill and cheddar cheese, dill and feta cheese, and chopped tomatoes and cheddar cheese.  I highly recommend trying them out.
