So, I know my blog is dedicated to the yummy goodness that I eat but, if you're anything like me, you also like to have an idea of what you're eating. This is where Eatracker comes in for me. It's a website where you can put in the food that you eat throughout the day and it tells you what nutrients, vitamins, calories, fat, protein and types of food groups you ate. The program also compares what you eat to what is recommended in Canada's Health Guide based on your sex, age, height, weight and activity level.
It's a handy dandy, easy to use tool that I take advantage of regularly, so I thought I'd pass it along.
